Biomechanics Researcher David Jordan Awarded NIH Grant

The National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS), a division of the National Institutes of Health, has awarded a $217,800 grant to David Jordan, PhD, MS. Dr. Jordan is a postdoctoral research associate with the UArizona Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Arthritis Center. The funding will address disparities in health-related research, comparing clinical data on osteoarthritis among African American and white people, using data from the Osteoarthritis Initiative (OAI).
