The University of Arizona Department of Orthopaedic Surgery proudly congratulates Dr. Mohamad Al Masri on the successful completion of his Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery Fellowship, which ran from November 1, 2025, through October 31, 2026. As our inaugural fellow, Dr. Al Masri played an important role in establishing and strengthening our fellowship program.

During his year with us, Dr. Al Masri performed 479 surgical cases, demonstrating exceptional dedication to patient care, clinical excellence, and surgical education. He worked tirelessly alongside our faculty, collaborated closely with orthopaedic residents, and actively participated in our weekly academic conferences, particularly journal clubs, contributing to the development of a strong academic environment.

Beyond his clinical and academic achievements, Dr. Al Masri quickly became an integral member of our departmental family. He established excellent relationships with faculty, residents, nurses, surgical technologists, and hospital staff, while earning the trust and appreciation of his patients through his professionalism, compassion, and commitment to their care.

We are grateful for his hard work, collegiality, and meaningful contributions to building a stronger fellowship program. We congratulate Dr. Al Masri on this significant professional milestone and wish him every success in his future career. He will always be a valued member of our fellowship family.
